Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or paying for a workshop, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you accept these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Digital Delivery Policy.

2. Workshop Registration

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• The participant must provide a valid name, email and WhatsApp number.
• Workshop access is linked to the corresponding Sukhandaan App account, course and batch.
• Account credentials must not be shared with another person.

3. Schedule and Access

Workshop dates, times, mentor availability or delivery arrangements may change due to operational or unavoidable circumstances. Any material change will be communicated through the registered contact details or Sukhandaan App.

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Maintain a compatible Android device and stable internet connection.
• Join the correct batch using the registered account.
• Maintain respectful conduct during live sessions.
• Do not record, reproduce or redistribute workshop content without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

Workshop materials, videos, teaching methods, designs, text and other content are owned by or licensed to Sukhandaan Foundation and may be used only for the registered participant’s personal learning.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Registration access is activated only when the backend receives verifiable payment confirmation. Failed, reversed or incomplete transactions do not create paid access.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Non-attendance, change of mind, incorrect participant information, device problems or personal internet problems do not normally qualify for a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sukhandaan Foundation will make reasonable efforts to provide the advertised workshop. We are not responsible for disruption caused by a participant’s device, internet connection, third-party applications, payment provider outage or events beyond reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
