No Physical Shipping
Workshop registration, course access, batch assignment and live-class participation are delivered digitally. No physical parcel, printed material or courier delivery is included unless separately stated in writing.
Digital Delivery Method
- A Sukhandaan App account is created or connected using the registration email/mobile and password.
- After verified payment, the assigned course and batch are activated against the same user account.
- The participant can log into the Sukhandaan App and access the relevant scheduled live class.
- Supporting information may also be sent by WhatsApp or email using the submitted contact details.
Delivery Time
Account creation and course/batch activation normally occur immediately after successful payment verification. Supporting confirmation messages may take up to 24 hours depending on communication-provider availability.
Delivery Requirements
Participants must provide a correct email address and WhatsApp/mobile number and maintain access to a compatible Android device, the Sukhandaan App and a stable internet connection.
Access Not Received
If verified payment is complete but access is not visible, contact us at sukhandaanfoundation@gmail.com or +91 94737 71513 with the registered details and Razorpay payment ID. Do not make a duplicate payment before contacting support.
