1. Information We Collect
- Name, email address and WhatsApp/mobile number.
- City or location provided during registration.
- Workshop, course, batch, transaction and invoice records.
- Technical and analytics data such as browser, interaction and campaign information.
- A password used to create or verify the corresponding Sukhandaan App account.
2. Password Security
Passwords are transmitted over HTTPS and stored only as secure one-way password hashes in the Sukhandaan user account. Plain-text passwords are not stored in workshop registration or payment records.
3. Payment Information
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Sukhandaan Foundation does not directly store UPI PINs, card PINs, complete card numbers, CVV details or banking passwords. Razorpay provides transaction identifiers and payment status required for verification, access, invoices, reconciliation and support.
4. How We Use Information
- Create or identify a Sukhandaan App account.
- Process and verify workshop payments.
- Assign the purchased course and batch.
- Provide live-class access and participant support.
- Send service-related email or WhatsApp communication.
- Prevent fraud, duplicate access and payment abuse.
- Maintain legal, tax and accounting records.
5. Information Sharing
Information may be shared with payment processors, communication providers, technology service providers, legal authorities or professional advisers only when needed to provide the service, comply with law, prevent fraud or protect legitimate rights.
6. Data Retention
Account, payment, invoice and workshop participation records may be retained for service, accounting, legal and dispute-resolution requirements. Information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible.
7. Your Choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting sukhandaanfoundation@gmail.com. Some financial or legal records may need to be retained under applicable law.
8. Children
Where a participant is a minor, registration and payment should be completed with the knowledge and consent of a parent or lawful guardian.
